The Arnold Group (led by Katy Jinkins) has discovered a new technique for aligning carbon nanotubes on an industrial scale. In as little as 40 seconds, an entire 4" wafer can be coated with a uniform array of highly aligned carbon nanotubes. Read the press release here and article in Science Advances here.
